At Tutti Fabrics, we take great care in providing high-quality materials for your projects. Because many of our items are cut to order, we maintain the following policy:
All Sales of Cut Fabric Are Final
All cut fabric is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once fabric is cut, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are also final sale:

Cut ribbon, trim, or elastic
Returns on Notions & Uncut Items
We accept returns on unused, uncut items (such as notions or tools) within 7 days of purchase, provided:

Item is in original condition and packaging

Receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery. We will make it right.
Order Accuracy
We encourage customers to double-check measurements, colors, and quantities before purchasing. Due to variations in screens and dye lots, colors may appear slightly different in person.
