You will learn:
How to cut a panel and window panes for a window-pane quilt
How to sew the window panes, including mitered corners
Supplies:
-Quilt panel of your choice (can be 24", 27", or
36")
- 3 fat quarters: (1 dark color for window panes;
1 dark/medium color for vertical depth of pane;
1 medium/light color for horizontal depth of window pane)
-½ yard of border fabric
- Sewing machine
- 12”x12” square ruler
- Rotary cutter
- Cotton thread
- Spare needles and bobbins
- 1/4" foot, specific to your machine
- Pins
- Seam ripper
